He has outstanding experience in construction and has worked on projects varying from $1 million to $400 million in value. Proficient senior site manager, senior project manager and construction manager, he also has project expertise in residential, commercial, Government, health and aged care.
David is committed to understanding the client’s needs and requirements and applying the right construction principles and processes to establish a management plan that addresses the needs of the client and their desired outcomes.

Michael Jou is an Engineers Australia registered Mechanical Engineer with over 18 years’ project and contract management experience across several sectors and several landmark building projects. Michael and his team have immense experience managing syndicated projects based in Australia. This provides PCH Constructions with a broad skill set and niche to serve both local and foreign investors and companies.

Mat joined the company earlier in 2017 and brings to PCH Constructions a vast amount of construction experience gained over 20 years working as a senior project manager and construction manager for some of Australia’s leading construction groups. Projects that Mat has played a senior role include;
Accomplished Site Manager, Contracts Administrator and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in project management, estimating, subcontractor management, contract variations, cost management, QA management, safety management, pre-construction management, programming, design management and quality systems. He has had senior project management and contract administration roles in multi-units, commercial and educational buildings in the past 10 years, including:
Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), Bachelor of Economics
Max is a dedicated, result-driven and professional project coordinator with hands-on experience in the construction industry. Max has broad knowledge on building industry contracts and has a sound construction administration practice. Max also has significant experience in commercial projects and fund management, both in Australia and overseas. Max’s ability to communicate in Chinese and English allow him to offer services specific to the client who aren’t from non-English speaking backgrounds.
John is an efficient, focused and skilled site manager who’s a new addition to PCH Constructions. He has an extensive experience in construction and has worked on projects varying from $1 million to $350 million within Ireland, London and Sydney. With over 35 years within the industry, he has immense knowledge in commercial, industrial, residential and civil projects as well as design and construct. John is currently the site manager for the 222 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest project.
Bill is an experienced site manager with an impressive track record in residential, commercial, retail construction, hospitality, and educational facilities. He has over 40 years of experience within the construction industry and has mastered senior management roles, project management, site management and trade skills in his career. Bill is currently the site manager for 2-4 Foamcrest Avenue, Newport.
SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
A Contract Administrator with 18 years of experience in electrical, mechanical and civil engineering projects within the residential, commercial, industrial projects within Australia, Middle East and India. He has a proven track record in project management, procurement, construction, cost estimation and budget management of delivering large-scale multi-storied commercial, educational, residential, pharmaceutical and industrial projects. He has had senior contract administration roles in numerous projects in the past 10 years, including:

Daniel began his career with a highly recognized development/construction firm as Junior Project Coordinator while completing a degree in Civil Engineering at UTS in 2014. After quickly demonstrating his capabilities in a number of different roles, he joined PCH Constructions as a Contract Administrator. Daniel’s broad experience in different roles makes him well versed in the coordination of contracts, contractors, sub-contractors authorities and clients. He delivers projects under cost, on time and continuously to a high standard. His strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail have enabled him to work well and coordinate with the project team. Daniel’s involvement has undoubtedly contributed to great project result and positive feedback from client.

Sheriff is a skilled contract administrator who recently joined PCH Constructions. He has several years of working in the construction industry and has primarily worked on multi residential new builds along with commercial and community infrastructure ranging from $1 million to $450 million.
